By accessing Cell Rush, you agree to use the game and its services responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

A Shring account may be used across Cell Rush and other Shring games. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials and activity performed through your session. Guest profiles may be lost if browser storage or the associated session is removed.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the service, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, evade access controls, harass players, submit unlawful content or use modified clients to gain an unfair advantage.

Gameplay and virtual items

Coins, XP, levels, statistics and skins are service features with no cash value. They may be adjusted, corrected or removed when necessary to address errors, balancing, abuse or service changes. Cosmetic skins do not confer ownership of underlying software or artwork.

Availability and changes

The service may be updated, interrupted or discontinued. Features, balance values, rules and these terms may change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Intellectual property

Cell Rush software, branding, interface and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited right to use the service for personal gameplay.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted operation, preserved guest data or error-free gameplay. Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
